Dear Sirs,
I ended up here, because as far as my knowladge goes, i achieved around 60-90 fps with streaming / OBS 18 /, but im sure that i didnt tried everything.

So lets start with my PC :
*Motherboard - ASUS Z97-K
*i5-4690( non k) - but still i clocked it,bus + 102.9 witch makes it run at 4014 GHz - haven't seen him above 67-69 °C
*GTX 1060 6 GB - clocked +152 Core, + 500 at memory, voltage 100%, Power 116 % - never seen more than 73 °C
*Corsair Vengeance - 16 GB DDR3 CL9
*CM HYPER 212 EVO - as my main CPU cooler.
*Samsung SSD 850 PRO - as a main hard drive
*4 pieces of 12' CM case coolers
*Case : CM Silencio 650
*AOC 144 Hz monitor, 1 ms
* Peripherals : Zowie mouse 1 ms, Razer blackwidow tournament edition 1 ms.

that's the screenshots : http://imgur.com/a/J9rjm
+ Phys X > GPU
+ V sync is not Fast its OFF !!!
+ Battlefield settings 100% res. scale, all low, except Mesh quality- witch i have on Ultra

According to what i presented as information,
CAN I OPTIMIZE ''SOMETHING'' for reaching my ''theoretical PERFECT performance''
for Battlefield 1 + OBS ?

Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards :
An not so bad, not so good - Competitive wannabe gamer since 2001 : )

Solution
You can try OBS since it's free:
https://obsproject.com/
And here's how to set it up for local recordings, as well as use multiple audio tracks if you desire.

And to set it up for Twitch:

And to get it setup for Youtube streaming:

And optimizing it for Youtube:

60-90 is pretty good FPS while streaming.

SETTINGS UPDATE , + OBS settings and BATTLEFIELD SETTINGS
I already have my obs optimized/ i think /

+ ''Phys X > GPU''
+ V sync is not Fast its ''OFF'' !!!
+ Battlefield settings ''100% res. scale'', ''all low'', except Mesh quality- witch i have on ''Ultra'',
weapon doff is ''null''.
FOV - depends what type of soldier im playing but lets say between ''/ HOR+ - 80 to 95 /''
+OBS settings - 720p30fps, Downscale filter : ''Lanczos'', Encoder- ofcourse - ''NVENC H.264''
Bitrate ''4000'', keyframe interval is ''2'', Preset - ''Default'', Profile - ''Main'', Use two pass encoding - ''checked''

According to what i presented as information,
CAN I OPTIMIZE ''SOMETHING'' for reaching my ''theoretical PERFECT performance''
for Battlefield 1 + stream/OBS/ ?
NOTE : CPU USAGE is permamently 98-100%, still reaching those FPS, but i think i can do more.

Also you can check this : video

P.S. : By any means, I'm not trying to gain any profit, such as likes, subscriptions and etc.

Do you think that I've tried every possible way/that exists out there/ to gain a performance?
And is my last option :
- Applying bigger voltage from the BIOS and unlocking the non-k CPU?

You can't do that. Not much more than you already have. Increasing the voltages too high will just kill your CPU.

There may be more micro improvements, but how much they help will be, extremely micro amounts.

Hello again,
I'm back with another question :

*What kind of speed can i achieve and respectively with what timings, by overclocking my
Corsair Vengeance low profile - 2x8 DUAL GB CHANNEL DDR3 CL9
?
