I recently got a new msi graphics card and when I downloaded the msi drivers, I a program called WTD fast was budled with the drivers. What is it and do I need it? I would like to delete it if I can because It always gives a popup when I first start my computer.

You never 'need' anything that's bundled with the software you actually want. Also, I'd recommend getting the newest drivers from Nvidia or AMD, depending on who makes that card, rather than their board partners(MSI, Asus, etc).
