MSI Fast Boot doesn't open

I click on fast boot, but the window doesn't open. I click Fast Boot in the system tray and it still doesn't open. It worked earlier yesterday.

Oh and what happens if you use OC Genie on a locked CPU?

EDIT: Now Fast Boot's decided to play ball. Other question still stands. The logical thing is it wouldn't overclock at all because the CPU is locked

As far as CPU OC goes, i doubt that MSI OC Genie can do anything. Only OC that can be done on non-K CPUs is in the form on BCLK adjustments. Though, i do not advise you to do that. Messing with BCLK timings causes several issues, for one, it messes with CPU temp sensor and gives out false readings. It also disables CPU's onboard graphics and most CPU sleep C states. Oh, if you fry your non-K CPU due to the OC, Intel won't replace your CPU under warranty.
