Great Ping But Games and Other Things Still Have Heavy Lag

So today I logged on to my pc, after my wireless network adapter was working perfectly fine the day before, I got onto discord to talk with some friends and I noticed that Discord would cut in and out every 15-20 seconds, I thouhgt I was downloading something at first, I eventually found out I wasnt so I decided to run a speed test and It said It was running at just about the exact same place it always is ( as shown here http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6293455827.png ), I even tried a couple games where I averaged about 30-50 ping but I would still get massive amounts of stuttering, amd bouncing back when I move. Everything browser related works perfectly fine though, I'm just having major issues with my multiplayer games, skype, and discord, and i'm sure there might be a few other things that are having issues but I have not tried them. I looked up forums on here about issues that were related to mine but none of the solutions had worked, does anyone know what the issue is? At this point the only thing I can kind of think of is I'm getting some sort of interference happening with my router, but I have no clue what it could be. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I would consider ethernet even if it is a pain to run. Powerline is a option also but there is that rare house it does not work in. At least use a ethernet cable temporarily so you can be sure you problem is wireless. Overloaded ISP links cause that issue also but that is not as common.
Wireless is always a pain to troubleshoot because random interference can easily cause the problem but it could also be hiding a issue with your internet connection.

Run a constant ping to your router ip in a background window. You should see consistent low latency numbers.

Even small spikes will cause issues for anything that is sensitive to jitter in the latency. You would have to test on ethernet connected to be really sure it was the wireless but this is a extremely common issue for wireless and many times there is no fix because it most times is other people outside your house using wireless competing for the bandwidth that causes the issue.

I ran my ping yesterday and I had no spikes what so ever, But last night I did try and play a few games at 1 am and they worked almost flawlessly. So what I was thinking is that, I have a neighbor whose house is very close to mine, so maybe they had gotten some new device and its interfering with my wireless network adapter. So would it be possible if I were to move my net work adapter away from the window that points to their house? and if so how far should I move it? our houses are seperated by their drive way, which is about 12-13 feet wide. or should I just get a new adapter all together?
