Hi, I am not sure what is happening to my External Hard Drive but its model is Western Digital 25A2, yesterday it was still working, but now it does not show in my computer. I discovered this because I used to plug it on my TV, now the TV says it does not recognise the USB. I tried googling a solution. So i looked it up in my Device Manager it shows and there seems to be no problem there.
I tried Data Lifeguard Diagnostics it passes. The light on the unit itself is lit.
The problem is that it does not show on Disk Management and also on My Computer.
This makes me unable to access my files, and i prefer not to use the data-destructive methods.
Please help me.
