Solution
Yeah any of the cards would work fine with your Motherboard the only possible compatibility issue would be you Power Supply not having the right external 8 or 6 PIN connectors for a RX 470/RX 570. The lower cards like RX 460/GTX 1050/GTX 1050 Ti won't need them however. If you want to know if you have the right connectors try and find out the make and model of your Power Supply.

First we are going to need some context before we can help you choose the best Graphics card for your build.

1) What is your current system specs? Especially CPU + Power Supply.
2) What is your preferred budget for a new card?
3) What kind of power do you need? Example: Medium or High settings in 1080p modern games. The more you specify the better.

"Cheap" is a relative term as well. The cheapest new gaming card you could buy is the AMD RX 550, it's probably the closest to your old card too. The thing is, you could get an RX 460 for slightly more and that's a much faster card. So while technically cheaper, the RX 550 is actually more costly when you consider how much more you're paying for the performance you get.

Sorry my bad

1.phenom 2 x4 3.4,650 watt power supply

2.)I'd prefer around 50-100 if end up spending 200 may as well start building a new PC XD

3.) I'd say medium? All I really play is league of legends, overwatch and warhammer total war

Hmm that's hard to say. Your CPU would more than likely bottleneck just about any of the modern Graphics Card in most games. So a new PC build wouldn't be a bad idea... but if this is something you really want to avoid doing i would suggest going for nothing higher than a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 470/570. They are strong enough for most modern games at around High settings, LoL and Overwatch would be breeze for these cards but TW: Warhammer would still be a little stressing but they would handle it none the less and a good settings. I would just be worried that the CPU would hold them back especially in CPU intensive games like Total War. I'll let you decide on what you think about this.
