Which Aftermarket CPU Cooler would be best upgrading from a Wraith Stealth?

I have a Ryzen 5 1400 @3.65Ghz Right now
Im planning on overclockjing it some more like at 3.8 to maybe 3.9 but I dont think the Wraith Stealth will cool it effectively.
