I am thinking of upgrading my PC to a pentium g4560 and was thinking of pairing it with a gtx 1050 ti . I am aware that the cpu might lead to bottlenecking but I also wanted a newer graphics cards as I am not going to upgrade my PC in a while and would like to play future titles. Is this a good pairing or should I go for another gpu?

Depends on the games. In most it would be a great pairing the G4560 is an excellent budget CPU. For games that are CPU intensive like Battlefield 1 it would indeed be the bottleneck in your system but not to a point where i would recommend getting a weaker Graphics Card. The GTX 1050 Ti a good pairing, an RX 570 would be even better but i would consider moving up to an i5 or Ryzen 5 before going any further like a RX 580/GTX 1060. Hope this helps :)
