Does my PSU come with all cables I need?

Yep. Title says it all. But, the problem is the pc shop is faraway from my house therefore, if i were to miss out a cable to power up my rig, it will be very troublesome. Yes, semi modular psu comes with essential cables, but are those essential cables enough for my build or I still need to get some extra cables?

Yes, but the CS series isnt very good especially at that price because you can get a better unit for less.

All 4 of those will have the proper cables aswell.

As for the build I'd get faster ram. Ryzen seems to like fast ram and bios updates have been helping compatibility with the faster ram.

Thanks for the great answer ! You clearified my misconception ! So just to confirm one more time sorry, you mean I don't have to get extra cables for my psu right?

As for the rams, you mean by upgrading that, I will have a faster boot up?

Also, if I use the Ryzen stock cooler, the Wraith Spire, is it enough to cool the cpu by overclocking it ?

Unless you are adding extras you didn't list then you should have all the needed connectors and then some.

Faster ram isnt going to increase your boot speed, for that you'd want an SSD boot drive. From what I have been seeing faster ram will increase the cpu's performance especially where gaming is concerned however till you a faster gpu it likely won't be noticable.
