Yes, with ease. What's your PSU btw, although I doubt it would be any problem as the GTX 1060 6Gb is officially a 125w TDP card.

There isnt much of a bottleneck here. What is your power supply model? If the PSU isnt partuculary good, it probably wont handle the stress of a GTX 1060.

Again as mentioned though, your PSU must be up to scratch.
