yes...860 watts of pure power can handle a 1050.

Enough wattage, but given that CPU -- assuming you're stuck with it now -- I wouldn't use such a low-quality PSU.

Circle is not a good brand. they use cheap components in their PSU. go for antec vp650p http://www.amazon.in/Antec-Neo-Eco-620-VP650P/dp/B00HUJXRMM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1494664923&sr=8-1&keywords=antec+vp650 thats the cheapest good quality PSU available in india.

Buy a 550w or 600w of EVGA or CORSAIR, you'll be much better served, very high quality PSU's. I think the 1050ti doesn't even have a power connector for it, just the MB connector is enough
