I'm considering between these two ram kits:
- Corsair Vengeance 8GB 2400MHz CL14 (single channel)
- Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x 4GB 2666MHz CL16 (dual channel)
While the RAM speed and latency won't matter as both will run at 2400MHz JEDEC standard, will I notice any difference in terms of single channel vs dual channel? The usage will regular home and office usage, streaming, etc - no gaming or media editing.
Upgradability is not an issue as the mobo will have 4 RAM slots.
Other relevant specs:
CPU: Kaby Lake Pentium G4620
Chipset: B250
Storage: Samsung 850 Evo
