Worried about temps and cooling

As you may have noticed from me popping up in pretty much every forum section, I have a new PC. However I am not exactly a tech genius and I am worried about the temperatures that my CPU is running at, especially as it has been overclocked. I would appreciate it if someone who understands all the temp jargon could help me work out if my machine is overheating or not.

CPU - i7-6800k
Cooler - Kraken X31 120mm Closed Loop Liquid Cooler
Motherboard - X99-A II
Core voltage during load - 0.96v (I think, using OCCT)
Core speed if overclocked - 4Ghz
Temperature software - OCCT(?)
Load testing software - OCCT(?)
Load & idle Core temperatures - Idle all 6 cores sat about 38-40 degrees c. Underload OCCT cut the test as the cores reached 86 degrees c
Ambient temperature - Haven't a clue...

It's not overheating but the temp under stress is very high, you are unlikely to OC further. This is quite obvious as you have low end AIO so nothing strange here, need better CPU cooler to go further.

I'm not really fussed with taking it further any time soon. I am really just trying to find out what temp this processor can safely work at.

I considered taking the limiter off OCCT and checking what temperature the processor actually goes to under stress, I don't want to end up doing it damage though.
