I used gigabytes own program (extreme gaming) or something like that (my graphics card is gigabytes as well)

750 voltage? Please excuse my ignorance but I've not a clue what that means. Can you please enlighten me?

Simbanzee666 What are your full specs? CPU / motherboard / power supply manufacturer and model # / graphics card manufacturer and model # / everything.

Does your 1050 Ti have a PCIe socket and is it connected to to the power supply via a PCIe cable? Does your motherboard have a 8 or 4 pin ATX socket, and is it connected to the power supply via a PCIe cable? What are you trying to accomplish by increasing the power limit and why?

FYI

mV = millivolt
MV = megavolt
Mv = Mendelevium
V = volt

My specs:
1050 Ti G1 Gaming from gigabyte
H81M-HD3 Motherboard from gigabyte
Prosessor I5-4440 from intel
I cant recall what power supply i have its 500 w

And yes its connected to the graphics card via PCIe cable and why do i need more power ? because its only using 30% of my gpu i had a 750ti before this one and it had way higher fps because of the fact that my gpu isnt getting enogh power. and btw im sorry for my afful english.

Power supply: Please open up your computer case and look. What is the manufacturer and model number of your power supply? That information is essential to helping you.

Also, did you connect a cable from the power supply to the 8 pin socket on the motherboard? There is a picture below with the socket highlighted.

My power supply is From silver stone 500 W Model no: SST-ST50F-ES230 And yes its connected everything els was pre build on this pc exept i have changed the graphics card few times now

Understood: Silverstone Essential Series 500w (model: ST50F-ES230). FYI: There was version 1 and 2. They have 34A and 38A available on the V12 rail respectively.

Please do the following:

Step 1 & 2: Update motherboard BIOS / chipset
Latest versions are [F7] date: 2015/08/11 AND [11.0.0.1158] date: 2015/09/17 respectively

http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-H81M-HD3-rev-10#support-dl

Step 3: Use a different PCIe cable from the power supply, in case cable or cable capacitor is malfunctioning.

Step 4: Call Gigabyte support and inquire if the 1050 Ti is compatible with your motherboard. I'm confident that they would know the absolute answer to that question. I tried to contact them on behalf of your issue but they are closed on the weekend: Gigabyte (626) 854-9338; M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm PST

Step 5: Try your 1050 Ti in a friend's computer and determine if the usage is normal.

Step 6: Submit a RMA from the vendor ASAP. This is just so you have the option of returning the card for a refund or exchange, if you can't resolve this problem. Hopefully you purchased it from Amazon, NewEgg or somewhere with a no-hassle return policy.

By the way, I checked both NewEgg and Amazon customer reviews for the Gigabyte GA-H81M-HD3. The 1050 Ti released in October of 2016. On NewEgg, out of 51 total reviews, they were all from July 2016, therefore none were relevant. On Amazon, there were only 58 reviews. Of those, only 5 were published starting in July 2016 and none of them mentioned the 1050 Ti or any other Pascal card.

Ok i did what you told me to and i got it to go up to 1000 voltage from 750 and now its using 41% during gaming but still thats kinda low its still way lower fps than my 750 Ti and its stuck at 1000 voltage not moving up or down and while in idle its 750.

And btw thank you for your help :)

Oh. 750mV also known as millivolts.

I wonder why you have a 6 pin PCIe supplemental power cable. That's a 75W card and the PCIe slot provides 75W. The 6 pin provides an additional 75W. On a side note an 8 pin provides an additional 150W. To be clear those values are limits. They will provide up to those stated amounts based on the card's needs.

Have you reseated the PCIe power cable?

What's your most graphically demanding game? Some games just don't need the GFX card at 99-100% power. I would play that game while MSI AB is running. Enable the OSD for CPU & GPU load, CPU and GPU temps, RAM usage, memory usage, core and memory clocks. What I'm mostly interested in is the GPU load(%) and the core clock(MHz). How high do those values go during the most intense sequences?

I see Util as the perf cap reason. That shows when you are outside of the game. Do you have a second monitor so you can see GPU-Z's info in real time?

Yes i have a second monitor and i have my GPU-Z actualy open on it all the time and my most graphically demanding game is gta v and then playerunknown battlegrounds but i think playerunknown is more of a cpu game. Im cannot currently test my Gpu on gta because its not downloaded but i didint have that much problems on gta as a did in csgo. csgo is cpu im not sure though but i had way more fps on counterstrike with my old gpu 750 ti than i have with my 1050 ti some times my fps goes even under 100 when i had concistant 200-300 fps with 750 ti. i dont know if this makes any sense to you because my english is so bad ;P

Yes, you're perfectly understandable.

While the electrical info is important, I'd rather see how high those aforementioned values go. The 1050Ti is more electrically efficient than the 750 Ti so I would expect to see lower power consumption. Consider

My CPU and GPU loads and temps are fine. With 8GB of RAM in my PC the RAM consumption is also not a problem. I look to my core clock and it's only a couple dozen MHz off it's top end which is where it should be considering the game. Even if my electrical info said I wasn't using as much power as I'd expect the card is still performing the way it should. Now sure about that 1050 Ti.
