F P S Issues

GPU :- geforce gtx 1060 6gb
CPU :- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz
RAM :- 16gb ddr4
MotherBoard :- MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING 3X (MS-7A11)
OS :- Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit,
monitor resolution - 1920*1080.

this is my comp specs.In playerunknown's battlegrounds iam struggling to get even 60 fps average and im hardly getting around 35 - 45 FPS.Should i have to change my os???.Please help.

reinstall my os???
its completely a new computer . even the monitor.
my old computer had windows 8 os.
this computer is brand new and i installed windows 7 as i heard that windows 10 was not that good.

how much fps do u get???
does it have anything to do with the os i use??
can i run bf1 in 60+ fps in ultra settings???

Your card will do 60fps at high settings or ultra with some stuff turned down in bf1.
In playerunknown i get a variation of fps 60,70 but sometimes down to 45 ,My friend plays it and says its like a slide show sometimes on his .
