WD Green 3TB Shows 801.6 GB Only

Recently i Got My wd 3tb Hdd's Pcb Down....It Got One Capacitor Burned and hdd Stopped Showing...So i Got It Repaired From Shop....It Worked Hdd Got Detected But Showed Only 801.6 Gb in Bios And not detected in disk mangement...when i tried with 3.0 usb external case it also does not shows and pc starts to do loading only...plz help me.....should i try to install new pcb or do what......It Contains Very imp data and full of personal pics and videos

Thats happenin bro....it not shows at all....currently out of station so can't upload a pic.....it not show any signs that it is connected but it is....i already tried powershell but still no good....it also fails to detected.....Should Swap The PCB

If you can't see it in the OS or anywhere, what is telling you "801.6GB" ?
I think the drive is still broken, and your repair shop didn't do anything.

No,Drive Is visual at bios but only shows 801.6gb
