Why do i experience so much lag? What should i upgrade?

Thanks for entering. Lately ive been experiencing a lot of lag in games suck as lol, pubg and even lag in my desktop. Ive already checked for any malware or virus and nothing appeared

My setup is
Amd fx8350
Msi 970 gaming mother
Msi gtx960
8gb hyperx ram
corsair cx600m
h100i cooler

What should i upgrade and why is my setup so bad (despites being old)

I'd try to get a gpu better than the 960. I'm thinking that your prob. the 8350 may not be the best but it's definitely not bottlenecking the 960
