Overall yes, but:
- motherboard might need BIOS upgrade to run that CPU; so buying any B250 based motherboard is safer move here
- don't get 2 single ram sticks, look for a 2 stick kit if possible - making 2 sticks not from kit work together is problematic sometimes

motherboard probably will need the bios update, if it doesn't have it form the factory, you will not be able to use the mainboard with that cpu so you must be sure that is capable of run 7th gen cpus out of the box

consider buying a b250 mainboard, that one will support that cpu out of the box

the rest looks good to me, nice budget gaming pc

Nope its a skylake motherboard that you cant count on having the updated bios for kabylake. I suggest you pick a 200 series motherboard to make sure it has a kabylake compatible bios.

Barely. It's 300 W unit (despite label), probably low quality. Not a thing I would suggest to buy, but if you already have it, well it should be able to power your setup.
