I built a computer a weeks ago and I a few days ago I saw that there was a recommended action on Windows Defender. It said: "One or more device drivers may not be working properly." I opened the troubleshooter and it said there was a problem with a cpu driver so restarted, and it seemed like the problem was fixed. The next day, there was still a recommended action, so I repeated what I did the previous day. Now, the recommended action is still there. My cpu is Intel i5 7400.

Download DriverEasy and get the trial version.

Scan for missing drivers and install ALL OF them, even if some of them aren't related to the CPU.

Usually, CPU Drivers are usually installed automatically, but in your case, this is strange.

Go to the Intel Driver Website, and preferably, download all three of these and play around with them to see if CPU Drivers are outdated or such.
