Slight ticking sound from laptop cooling fan

Initial problem began with a sudden onset of horrendous noise and vibration of cooling fan. Through Dell tech support and multiple types of diagnostics , followed all instructions, and ultimately it was determined to be issue with outdated BIOS and drivers. Updated both. Problem seemed resolved. However since that time (and also blowing out vents etc. with compressed air) it now has a very slight, barely perceivable ticking sound that resembles a stick down a picket fence or card in bicycle spokes. Only audible when work area is very quiet. Additional hardware checks and diagnostics done - all hardware passes, no issues found. Using CoreTemp, fan cools adequately and even under heavy 100% load does not excess recommended ranges. Stay within lower range of optimal temps. Am suspicious that perhaps I blew some crud into a space when initially lowing out the vents. Would open the case to explore and clean further, but on this particular model of laptop it requires a near total disassembly to get to cooling fan. Advice? Thoughts? Solutions? Thanks in advance

maybe it is the assembly problem, my laptop also has almost the same problem in used to day. if you want to do some disassembly to check , you can but you might lose the warranty. maybe trying to bring the laptop to the service center and claim the warranty is the easiest way
