First of all , sorry for my bad english . Second , i'm bad with pc so pls sorry if i say something stupid . So i have a old pc that i use for gaming purposes but because all of the new game graphic and stuff like that ,it's making my computer lag . I want to buy a new pc so i can use it for gaming and editing. I was thinking , does the windows still in the hard drive , even i already put it in the new computer ? will it run the same windows ? if my stuff is gone , i dont have problem with that cause i dont have anything important in it . I use windows 10

If it boots , sometimes they will , you can install the correct or missing drivers , but a backup and clean install is recommended , give it a go and see if it will boot.

Information below will help if you need to reinstall.

Setup a Microsoft Account and link your current PC to it , then backup whatever you want to save and perform a clean install on your new setup and activate it with your Microsoft account from within windows. Skip the key entry during setup and activate it from within windows with the registered Microsoft Account.
