Various issues lately when running online games, especially Overwatch

I've suddenly been getting issues with crashing and connection when I play Overwatch these days. These are usually one of the following:

Problem 1: Game hangs with a buzzing sound, I can hear in-game audio but screen is black. I can hear my teammates saying "why is he standing still" "I think he DC'd" in the background, etc. Then game crashes with a message saying "rendering device lost." I have to restart the Battlenet client and restart the game.

Problem 2: Ping stays low at 30, but suddenly I can't move beyond a one-foot radius in game (almost like it rubberbands me to the same spot when I try to move) while I can see my teammates and enemies moving. Then I regain control, but the other players are running in place. Then the game logs me out and says Connection is lost. Anything else running on my computer also loses connection at the same time, but it says my wi-fi has access, not limited or anything. What's also weird about this is, if Google Chrome is open, it will become unresponsive and maybe also crash. If I'm talking with friends in Discord, I can hear them saying "OP just left," "did OP crash," then in a few moments I am DC'd from the call.

I have other times when my computer will just freeze and crash accompanied with a loud buzzing sound, or sometimes it will go black with absolutely no warning and boot up again without me doing anything. Does anyone know if these are pointers to any one part of the computer having issues, or if it's a software issue? Thanks in advance.
