I recently bought a gtx 1050ti superclocked 4gb gddr5 and currently i have an amd a10 7850k apu, but i also have an intel core i3. What would be a better processor to use? And i know the point of an apu so dont tell me that, i also have mobos for each, i just wanna know what would be the better processor to use. Thanks!

Depends on the task, overall they're similar but the i3 is probably the (slightly) stronger CPU. More importantly, there are no upgrades for the A10 so if you ever find the CPU is a bit lacking, you're going to have to change motherboards and reinstall Windows, whereas with the i3 you can simply drop in an i5 or i7.

Because if you change motherboards, especially to a different socket, you usually have to reinstall Windows. Socket FM2+ is a dead-end and has no upgrades, so if you go with the A10 you'll have to change when it's time to get a faster chip.

How much is the G4560 in your country? I'd expect it to be cheaper than the old i3 unless you are buying second hand. The 4560 would be far superior to both of your original choices and gives you a platform to drop in a modern i5/i7 later. You would also be using the current generation of RAM and not end of life DDR3.
