Only google-affiliated websites are working.

I am aware that this question has been asked hundreds of times before, but none of the solutions that worked for those people have worked for me.
The problem is that anything that isn't google-affiliated (youtube, google's search engine, gmail, etc.) will not work. I have tried launching steam, skype, teamspeak, and numerous non-google-affiliated websites, and they will not launch. The error message for the websites are "This site can't be reached; (site name)'s server DNS address could not be found." (ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled chrome, which did not work. I have reset the DNS client, changed the ipv4 and ipv6 addresses once at a time with a bunch of different combinations, clicked the "verify after exit" box after each time, and it did not work. I have tried winsock reset, four "ipconfig" commands, and it has not worked. Some have said their problem is because the time and date on their computer isn't accurate, which mine is. Some people have found that the problem goes away after time passes; I have waited 4 hours, and it is not working.

I use ethernet for my connection and I am using Windows 10.

Solution
If you haven't tried, change your DNS manually. Make sure to flush the cache afterwards. Sounds like it can only connect to HTTPS websites.
