sup guys, I'm doing my 7th pc build right now for my boss, pretty bad that im having to post here now, and this mobo is no longer posting after installing the latest chipset from AMD.
Here are the specs:

Ryzen 1600
MSI B350 PC Mate
MSI Armor RX 580 4gb
Samsung 850 Evo 250gb
EVGA Modular 650 GQ
GSkill Ripjaws 4 8gb DDR4 @ 3200

Upon first power up it booted fine, took about 20 seconds to get to the mobo splashscreen which i found odd. Installed windows 10 on the ssd, no issues, booted into windows then installed RX 580 drivers then installed the latest b350 chipset from their website (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064).
i then restarted, got to the bios and set the RAM to run at 3200, saved and restarted, now no post, no splashscreen. Tried resetting the CMOS by paperclip method and the battery removal method, no change. Ran the rig with 1 stick of ram, no video card, all that stuff, reseated all the plugs in the psu, still nothing.

Initially everything worked fine now im stuck with this and no way to get into the bios. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do now? I'm thinking of sending the mobo for RMA however it initially worked so im unsure if thats the issue here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
You have to get the chipset drivers from MSI not AMD . Theres a program called Live update 6 from MSI .This will check drivers ,bios etc and can update in windows.
The error light Please explain what colour and description.
Heres a link to everything for your motherboard .You will find live update 6 in the utilities.
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B350-PC-MATE.html#productSpecification-section.
If you click on the service tab it will list all the drivers and software for the board.

The reason your not getting splash screen could be due to the graphics driver you have put on . What display and cables are you using?
