Will this PSU work? (replacing one)

Hi, my current PSU is having issues keeping power consistently so I'm needing to replace it.

This is what I have currently;

My main concern is the size difference, it's not much at all.

Size difference? Depends on the case. Anything defined as a tower should be fine.

Don't get the old CXM series , not very good quality. Get this SEASONIC.

Also that reminds me, if you don't need 750W you don't really need to get one. No sense shedding out more money on capacity you won't use. PCPartPicker usually overshoots and gives you a decent estimate of what your system will consume at stock settings.

The size is similar to the Rosewill one?
Using a mid-tower btw.
