I have a power supply i bought ( Replace Power ATX 850, 850 Watts ) And on the front of the power supply it says AC Input 110~240V 12A. But on the cord it says 10A 250~. Does this mean i dont have the right cord? I believe im using the right cord when i bought the power supply and dont think i ever mixed the cords and took the wrong one.

It's not a legit 850w , just look at the connections.

Connectors:
1 x 20+4 Mainboard Connector
5 x 4-pin LP4 Peripheral Connector
1 x 4-pin Floppy Connector
1 x 8-pin (6+2) PCI-e Connector 1 - PCIE connection on an 850w you know it's super low quality.
4 x 15-pin SATA Connector
1 x 8-pin (4+4) EPS12V Connector
