Computer build doesn't turn on and the fans don't move even when I connect them.

Hey guys, I got all the parts and it's not damaged. I plugged in everything and the computer didn't turn on. Only the "CLEAR CMOS" blue light blinks on the plugins outside of the I/O shield.

Oh and I did the paper clip method for the PSU and the fans move, but when I connect it to the motherboard it doesn't turn the fans on. So is there anything wrong with my build?

Hi, try testing the board outside the case, only CPU and CPU cooler installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected to the motherboard. No other components/cables. Start the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the board corresponding to the case power button.
See if the CPU fan does spin.

I did JFP1 for the POWER LED - AND +
And the Power switch. My case doesn't have a reset switch though. And the HDD LED switch is in.

Its telling you to clear cmos
Turn pc off . On the I/O panel is a clear cmos button press it for 6 seconds then restart pc
