I have a Dell Vostro 260 (GDG8Y motherboard) that will not post/display video from any dedicated graphics card. It boots and works perfect from onboard graphics but not from the PCIe slot. I have tried two different cards. A radeon HD7570 with the dell OEM power supply and an AMD R7 360 with an aftermarket 400w power supply. I have updated the motherboard to it's latest bios (A10). I know The HD7570 recieves power from the slot because the fans spin. I'm completely dumbfounded by this and am ready to give up and just accept that the slot is most likely dead but before I do I just thought I would post up here in case I missed something.
