I got the error saying...

Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

I saw some other answers saying that it's fine but I don't know if its the same with my motherboard.

and while your answering can you give me advice about this build.

Those CPUs have been out for a long time. Any motherboard you purchase now will not require a BIOS update to support the 8370 CPU.

I would not recommend purchasing an FX cpu now. A Ryzen 5 will be a much better machine.

Thanks for the feedback
The reason I picked the FX because it is an octa-core 4.0GHz for $139 TURBO 4.3GHz
and the Ryzen 5 1600X which is only a 6 core and 3.6GHz for $250 TURBO 4GHz

Whats the main use if the system? By current standards the FX is sub par. In many games for instance a $60 Pentium will beat it a 4 core Ryzen or i5 cpu will destroy it. If your are running a resolition lesd than 1440p it will stop that 1070 from running at ots full potential.
Another big issue is the that Apevia PSU is a house fire waiting to happen. That cpu is also wasted money as it will be no better than the stock cooler, worse if that cpu comes with a wraith cooler.

Better options than any FX build

This PC is for light gaming and a lot of Autocad / photoshop/video editing. and what do you mean if it is running a reselution less than 1440p it will stop the 1070 from running at full potential

to add to this can you recommend parts to me I am a second time builder and trying to keep the budget as low as possible. I am also trying to be able to run SLI if I ever want to upgrade that's why I picked the 1070, and the power supply.

The buzzword would be bottleneck. The FX will bottleneck the 1070 in games at lower resolutions. Honestly for what you are doing you should spend less on the gpu and more on the cpu and ram. Get a Ryzen R7 with 16Gb and drop down to a GTX 1060 or RX 580.

I see what you mean about the performance of the Ryzan 5 1500X vs the fz 8370. They one question I have is is there a specific reason why you picked that case? Is there a better video card for the price? Is it worth getting DDR4 vs DDR3? and is this storage (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LcK7YJ/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st31000340nsffp) ok compared to the one you picked?

That case is a good(well built) budget case that I have used in many builds. Most of those cheap flashy cases are usually poorly built and require a box of bandades for all the sharp corners.

Ryzen requires DDR4, they will not work with DDR3. Kaby lake will work with DDR3l and a DDR3 motherboard but regular DDR3 can reduce the cpus lifespan due to the extra voltage they require wearing down the memory controller.

Thar hdd should be ok, it only has half the cache but thats not a deal breaker. Later on you'll probably want to look into upgrading to an ssd anyway.

Not bad but do yourself a favor and get a better quality PSU.
