This is probably super basic, but I really don't want to mess this up again. A have this SSD:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820242258

and want to buy this HDD: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236339&ignorebbr=1

This is my computer: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227597

So I recently snapped the pins while installing the other cable in the HDD. I understand the small data cable, like this one: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA85V4BZ4799&cm_re=sata_data_cabl-_-0ZF-002C-00017-_-Product

But I'm completely blanking on the other cable. I look it up, and there are like 20 different types which one do I get? Also, side question: Do I need a different like box for the SDD? I know they are different sizes but it is required? Currently the SDD is being fed out the side of my case.

Solution
If you are referring to the black cable with the white tip, that's the SATA cable. IT honestly doesn't matter what kind you get, most of them perform the same, as long as it's reputable.
The one you linked should be good enough. I generally like the L-shaped cables since it's easier for cable management. Did the computer come with extra SATA cables? Also you need to make sure you have the proper connection for the power SATA cable

No, I need something like this, http://imgur.com/SpvQi3L You can see the one on the end snapped off, for some reason it would only go upside down, what cable can I buy to hook in an HDD and SSD at the same time

I was referring to the power cable. I just figured everything out. Thank you for the help, though! Turns out my case has an odd way of handling multiple drives, I'm just gonna use the SSD externally using an adaptor.

I figured that was it, but couldn't really tell. Since it's a non-modular cable, not much you could do. You can try to get an extender and use one of the other slots to power your drive.

But glad you figured it out.
