System not booting up what would it be?

Hi everyone,

I'm building the following setup:
Motherboard Asus B150M-C/BR
16GB RAM DDR4 2133Mhz Hyper X Fury
Corsair SSD LE 240GB
GTX 1050ti Asus
PSU Corsair CX750
Processor Core i3 7100

I put all the pieces together, the cpu fan starts, the case fan starts, the GPU fan starts, but I don't get a beep and no video signal. I tried:

1. Removing the GPU and starting only with the integrated video, nothing;
2. I tried the RAM in all 4 slots, nothing;

Could you guys please help me discovering what could it be?

Because the intel100 series MB needs the newer BIOS to support the 7th gen cpu, so you have three options:
1) Return the b150M-C/br, buy the b250 MB.
2) Buy the 6th i3, return the i3 7100.
3) Ask someone for help, like your friend, local pc shop use other compatible cpu, like 6th cpu, to update the BIOS.

Thanks for the answer that was the exact solution. I asked a friend with an older cpu that fitted into the motherboard and upgraded the bios.
