I plan to use it in the car because I prefer the Google Maps with its traffic info much more accurate than my car's stock navigation system. I don't want it so big, I just want it max 8 inches. Prefer 7 inches.

I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7 inches. It was a great size and very good overall physical specs-wise but the internal components made me feel like using the first gen iPhone. Way too slow for my taste.

I bought iPad Mini 4 (7.9 inches) two days ago. It's quite heavier than the Tab A and due to its wide width, it doesn't fit in my fav vent-based mount. It's the most stable mount I have so I'm pretty sad. I might have to return this.

Does anyone know of a tablet in size 7 inches to 8 inches max (not too wide in width) and has powerful internal components to make sure no slow down lags?

My budget is up to $500. I want it mainly for powerful navigation (so need A-GPS mandatorily) and AC wifi too.

Thanks.
