Need help deciding what to upgrade

Hey everyone, I have a GTX 950 and an AMD Athlon X4 750K Quad Core Processor at 3.40 GHZ with 4 GB of ram and I don't know whether I should upgrade to a GTX 1060 or an AMD Ryzen 1500x or AMD Ryzen 1600. Leave your suggestions please :D

A GPU will be cheaper. it will allow you at least to improve graphics in games you already able to play.
There is nothing new planned for GPUs for at least 6 months.
With CPUs, ryzen 3, new ryzen mother boards, new intel CPUs and MB - might seriously change the performance level for the money.

I have to second the above.
no single component upgrade will noticeably improve your experience. You need both CPU and GPU.
If you want ryzen, you need to overclock to get the most, for 6-8 cores Ryzen, you need a X370 MB, the B350 is just formally support overclocking but in practice the CPU power delivery subsystem on any B350 MB is too weak for 6-8 cores overclocking.

So it might be cheaper to get i5 build and RX 580 4GB . the later is cheaper and a bit faster than 1060 6GB

Also seconding the first one

If you are planning to overclock, you could try to overclock the 1500x and it would presumably be pretty close to the 1600.

Well what if I can't do a full upgrade at the moment, should I go cpu or gpu?
