My PC has been running fine for 1 year now since i built it until last night when i was playing rocket league and my PC froze mid game creating a weird light show on my monitor for a few seconds with a weird buzzing noise coming out of my headphones before my PC completely crashed. I relaunched my PC and tried rocket league again and it kept of doing the same thing so i tried playing cs go to see if that game crashes and it didn't (i play 4:3 resolution with low settings) i then tried to launch gta 5 and the same problem happened. Can anyone help?
Edit: My pc just crashed while playing counter strike.

i just ran 3dmark firestrike and it froze instantly creating a light blue screen, i had to hard power off my pc. Normally my screen would glitch out, freeze on a white screen and then crash after a few seconds

could it still be the psu? because on my recent crashes my pc didn't actually shut down, my screen just glitched out and went white, i had to hard shut down my pc from the power button.
