Solution
This is the back panel configuration of your motherboard for audio inputs and outputs

For your G320 Headset put the headphone plug in Rear speaker out port (first port on the right column) and for your Mic plug of your Headset plug it in Mic port (last port on the left column)

For your Microlab speakers use red port

Hi Muzzammil22,

Thank you for your answer. I plugged everything just like you said. At the moment, all the sound is coming out of my speakers. Let's say i want the sound to come out now from my headphones, what do i have to do?
