Is it Black Ops 3 or my pc?

Hello
So basically i bought black ops 3 a few days ago and when i play the zombies mode my fps can drop from about 110 to like 20 for a couple of seconds. I have a GTX 1060 6GB, I5 6500 and 8GB DDR4. Is it my pc or just Black Ops 3

Your pc has no problems at all in terms of specs , black ops 3 is a rubbish port to the pc gaming community and I myself have these same fps problems.
