I want to buy a new computer and am looking to spend around 1K USD and 1.5k max. I was looking on newegg and found a computer that looked very good for the price because it was about the same price as if I was to build it myself. I felt like this was too good to be true so I just wanted a second persons opinion.
this is the computer: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883102270

It is priced at 1.5k but when I looked for the parts it was a little more (though the processor on the one I was looking to build was 4.2 GHz, but the gcp was 1070) so I don't know.

Please help
thank you

There really aren't any good prebuilt systems in this price range. Most of the manufacturers go cheap on critical components like the motherboard and PSU. For that price, having H110 as the chipset is unacceptable. Plus the OS is usually loaded with so much adware and bloatware that it's hard to use the operating system.
It does appear very attractive for its price, but take into consideration, a custom built like this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Dqjf4C would have higher quality parts and you can also make it more upgradeable based on your preference. If you are certain that you don't want to build it yourself, then that is one of the best prebuilts I'd recommend. Although you could save some money, what are you using it for? 32 GB of RAM is COMPLETE overkill for most tasks these days.

The thing with these prebuilts...they rarely tell you the actual parts.

Motherboard
Chipset Intel H110

What motherboard? Unknown.

Power Supply
600W

What PSU? Completely unknown. Is good, or is it a fire hazard? Likely to be the latter.

RAM, drives...the same. Unknown manufacturer.

Will it work? Sure. It won't explode.
Can you get better quality parts? Absolutely.
