EVGA - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB SC GAMING ACX 2.0 Video Card
Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Wondering how well it will run games like Overwatch, CoD, Battlegrounds, etc.

How much RAM are you buying? 16gb is a nice amount for that kind of build.

Your CPU is perfect but your GPU is 'meh'. I'd save up for a 1060. 200$ 1060 much better.

The RAM, GPU & PSU is good but you will either want to pair that with a Z170 motherboard to overclock or change to a non K i5. Also I'd go with Kabylake over Skylake at this point.

that motherboard is really cheap but meets my needs which is why i like it. So you would even recommend going to a cheaper GPU like an i5-6500 ?

Yes that would work well. There is another budget option if a i3 runs those games fine paired with a good GPU. The Pentium G4560 is essentially a i3-6100 with the hyper-threading and is a great budget option at $60. Pairing that with a B250 motherboard should save you quite a bit of cash that could be put into a better GPU such as the RX 570 or a SSD for the OS.
