Are you going to use a Terabyte of storage? If yes: get another HDD. If not, SSDs are magical.

how are you going to upgrade by getting another 1TB HD if you already have one? The only way you could upgrade and increase the speed, boot time when starting your computer, loading games and more is by getting a SSD. But I recommend you to get more than 120 GB

The SSD should be used for the OS and applications.
And a 120GB is getting to be too small. If you're going to invest in new storage and an SSD...get a 250GB SSD (or larger).

Since you already have a terabyte, I would go with the SSD. You can swap files and programs when you are not using them. SSDs make a huge difference.
