Help me build a better AUS RX 580 build. Suggestions?

Hi, I was wanting to build a budget gaming build for under 1300 in AUS. Is there any improvements i can make to the list and will make it cheaper? Cheers.

Higher base clocking means more power consumption/spike (especially the best PSU you can afford is the XFX TS 550W) and higher temperature (especially you live in Australia, do you have AC at your house 24/7?).

For that $50 extra you pay for cooling/higher clocking, I would rather you save that up for EVGA G2 or GS 550W which comes with a 10-year warranty.

Would you reckon to go the gigabyte Aorus RX 580 as it is supposed to have a higher base clocking mbs but not the same cooling performance of the MSI gaming x? MSi looks cool and is suppoed to cool effeciently so thats why i went with that.

Thankyou very much. I will take the advice as I do have an AC at my house but the study gets very hot so I will get that power supply thanks
