Computer keeps freezing/crashing when gaming / simple tasks

Windows 10 keeps crashing when playing games screen goes black also crashes on simple tasks like watching YouTube browsing the web sometimes it will freeze the work again and keep repeating itself

I have not long upgraded my motherboard and CPU my specs are listed below

You didn't mention what PSU and CPU cooler you have. The motherboard was a poor choice for that CPU; for stability you should have bought a motherboard with a better VRM (8+2 phase instead of only 4+1 phase with no heatsink).

This is way out of spec.
I suggest you get a single kit of DDR3-1866MHz. If you can't list the memory part number or link to the memory you currently use, then no one will know what hardware you have.

The memory is running slow, but it may not be configured correctly. Running the memory at lower frequency won't cause freezing or crashes. Let's wait until the OP provides a complete list of components.
