Hi can someone please help me find the latest BIOS update for my Motherboard.I already contacted the manufacturer of the board, its already been a week that I contacted them still no answer.

Motherboard : Emaxx a55gt i-cafe v2.0
BIOS Type : AMI
BIOS date :March 15,2011
BIOS ID : 63-0100-000001-00101111-031511 Chipset
Chipset : AMD 1705 rev 0

I already did search in the Manufaturers website and try flashing it but still no luck fixing my problem. I have 4gb ram but my BIOS only reads 2032mb, but when i look in North Bridge tab , I have both 2048mb in Dimm2 and Dimm4, 1333mhz. I already tried changing Dram Voltage, ram frequency, also i tried memtest and i reads only 2032mb ram, reseat my CPU cooler still no luck. I also try using 1 stick ram but monitor is only black screen.

In windows I have 4gb but 1.4 usable, In CPU-Z i have 4gb also but not in dual channel.btw I only have 2 ram slot in mobo but in BIOS i have 1-4 dimm?. Before my BIOS can read 4gb ram until i flash BIOS to fix blue screens.

Solution
Get back on the phone and tell them you will need a new motherboard, ask them for a newer fm2 mother board.
I'm quite certain the processor isn't the problem, the mobo is the problem and they failed to fix that over time.
If they cannot help you, if the case I/o shield can pop out and its atx standard.
We can get you a much more better fm2 or fm2+ board if necessary.
Back up a bit here. Your system used to work on all 4 GB of RAM until you updated the BIOS is that correct? Did you use an official BIOS for that motherboard or some hacked version? If using one RAM stick at a time does not even get you working, you could have a bad memory slot on the motherboard or a bad RAM stick. Try different RAM in different slots, one at a time.

Alright, go to start button, go to run, type system information and tap enter.
Maximize the window, screen shot it and bring it back here, also what memory brand model number do you have ?

Since you are seeing half the RAM in the system, there is something going on where one of the slots is not working, or one of the RAM sticks is not working. You tried both ram sticks one at a time in both slots, and none of that options booted the system? It only boots when one is in the system?

You may want to contact the motherboard vendor for support, sounds like there is an issue with the BIOS. It's showing you Dimm2 and 4, in 2 slot motherboard you should see Dimm 1 and 2.

I tried both ram sticks one at a time and tried it in both slots, nothing happens. it only works when i use both ram.

and idk why i have dimm1-4 , because i only have 2 ram slots in my motherboard.

I looked at your screenshot the mobo bios windows shows is from american mega trends from december 2012.
One of the tech people there may have put the wrong bios up by accident.
Shoot them a email and include this thread so they can see what is going on.
Then try to reach them on the phone sometime today.

I already contacted them and this is what they said to me. "The latest bios is the issue about nvidia. The other one is the stock bios only. If you using a 1 stick and the board having a problem. There is 2 suspect either the board or the processor. Due the processor is the memory controller and i can cause this problem."
and they also said that my motherboard does not have any BIOS update ever since.
