Dell PC won't boot with 2tb Seagate drive installed

So, I bought a 2tb Seagate 7200rpm HDD, and I wanted to test it to make sure it'll work, since the build I'm using it in won't be for awhile. The only thing I had around was a dell PC (running Windows 10), so I tried installing it as a secondary drive (via SATA). I've tried this with other drives before and the PC will still boot. When I try to boot with the 2tb installed it beeps (I think three times) and then goes to the Dell loading screen and stays there indefinitely. Disconnecting my 2tb drive allows it to boot. I cannot seem to get it to go into the bios with it installed. Why won't it boot?

I will be today and I'll post it here. Although, it's definitely not a port or cable issue, since I've tried switching both of those, and I was able to boot while a secondary 160gb drive was connected. It's odd because both the Seagate 2tb and another Seagate 1tb I have will not work in this computer. It just won't boot with the 2tb and it won't recognize the 1tb. I think the 1tb may be dead, but the 2tb should be fine.

How old is the dell pc ? maybe it has some limit over capacity . If you don't have uefi bios , you can't detect hdd's larger than 2.2Tb ....
What do you mean not recognized ? , did you open up disk management , or only looked in my computer ?
