Do you really mean IOT (Internet of Things) or is that "iot" just a typo?
In any case you need to provide more information.
Do you have admin rights to your router - you may need to access the configuration pages.
And you can run and post the results of "ipconfig/all" (without quotes). That will provide some insight with regards to your network and configuration.
