How to build a PC with 2 prong outlets? How will I eliminate static electricity?

I live in a third-world country.
We only have 2 prong outlets and I assume they are not grounded.
How will I avoid static if I don't have a grounded metal to touch and dissipate the static?

Solution
You can if you wish, I've never used any sort of anti static mat, or wristband. I always wear rubber soles shoes, build on a non carpeted floor and have only ever had to return one part (sort of 2) in over a hundred builds. And I suspect it wasn't static related. Just be careful, don't slide your feet a lot and you'll be fine while building. Unless that ups is somehow grounded it can't help either. A 3rd world power grid with no ground on sensitive electronics is just a recipe for disaster

Building the pc isn't the fear it'd be running something not grounded. I don't leave my PSU plugged in when building I just always touch my wife and shock her before I put a part in, just Kidding, but the static electricity threat isn't great if you're not running around in fuzzy wool socks on carpet

there's a UPS here, if i plug my pc to that, will it make it any safer?

but my question is, how to dissipate static electricity without a ground object to touch on?
