[SOLVED] Account settings gone to chaos

so i recently put a ssd into my system and i decent to reintall windows to it and create a new profile on it, i transfered all the settings from my old profile to my new one and then deleted the windows install and my old profile from the harddrive, however now when ever i try to move a file from a download or another hard drive it tell me that it says needs permissions from old profile/new profile.

but the old profile doesnt exist..... my question is how do i make this profile into the only profile on the computer and the system admin so i can do anything i want as i am the only person that uses this system

If your comment was in regards to mine I have been using it for a couple years now without issue. You used the word will which makes it seem like a foregone conclusion when I know otherwise.
