I updated from bios via internet, everything went without problems, asked me to restart clicked yes and then problems.

First it started beeping, 3 or 4 short beeps. Usb mouse was working.

Cleared CMOS now no beeps, mouse doesn't light up - just fans spinning.

The only thing seems working is CDROM, when i put Asus Support DVD it works at full speed for 30 sec and then nothing.

Trying with usb and crashfree but nothing, seems like usb ports are not working.

Any ideas before i send it back?

You mean disconnecting power cables? Yes, i even held power button for 1 min.

Also tried via jumper, with screwdriver for 30 sec, and tried without battery.

Last resort pull the CMOS battery from the system and leave it out for 15 mins. Also try reinserting the ram . I has helped me fix problems more than once.
Your mobo also supports ASUS crash free BIOS so you should definitely try to use the utility provided my ASUS to recover your MOBO.
I suggest that you try it with USB on a USB 2.0 port.

Yesterday battery was out for few hours, and leaved it running for an hour without battery.

Maybe Support DVD (crashfree bios) is working since CDROM goes full speed, hard to tell without display...using HDMI on Rx 480, dont have DVI cable for other monitor.

Runned only with CPU, still no beeps. This doesn't look good?

I'm having the same symptoms. Cpu fan spinning, no video signal, no beeps. Usb ports are turned off. I received a brand new card and I still haven't managed to get it working.
LEDs on my card don't blink, they're always on. I think they're supposed to blink during the POST.

Could it be your ram?
Usually gives 3-4 beeps if it's a RAM issue.
Remove a stick, move a stick, see if that fixes it. Or if the beeps change. Note your beeps.
Remove your graphics card, see if anything changes. Beep wise.
How are the beeps being told? Long, short, rapid?
Rebuild and turn it on slowly one part at a time to narrow it down.
Flash an older BIOS update to the motherboard, remove your hard drive, use a USB drive.

I've tried everything:
- unplugged hdds/ssds/dvd writer
- disconnected tv tuner, audio card and video card
- changed ram slot
- removed ram
- changed power supply
- disconnected 8-pins power supply cable
- connected monitor to video card via hdmi and vga (I've also tried the onboard hdmi output)
- reset bios and removed battery
- removed and put back the cpu
- put an usb pen drive with bios file in root folder into usb 2.0/3.0/3.1 ports.

Always the same issue. Fan spinning, no sounds, no power on usb ports, no signal. Left the card powered on for 5 minutes without luck.
My ram is a Kingston HX426C15FB/8, it's on asus QVL (though they wrote K4/32 because they tried the whole kit).

Can you please elaborate on the beeps you mentioned getting?
The beeps can be the diagnosis.
Take note if they're long or short beeps and how many of them there are.

Does your old card work?
Cause you might just need to uninstall your old graphic drivers from your hard drive before placing in your new graphics card.
use DDU for a full uninstall, then try and plug in your new graphics card.

You have problem with new graphics or mbo? Did you also flashed bios?

I quited this, nothings works.

I had beeps until CMOS reset, then DEAD. Atleast i learned - no more bios updates, i had only slight issues - couldn't select hdd with windows for boot, but it booted fine anyway.

My configuration is brand new, except for the video card, which I'm 100% sure is working since I've used it on my old PC the same day I built the new one. I don't understand what you mean with updating the drivers, the computer doesn't even boot.
I haven't updated the bios, the motherboard wasn't working out of the box.

Update: aaah, I see what you mean. My bad, I meant board, not card. Video card has nothing to do with this bug, I'm talking about the Prime B350 Plus.

I've ordered a new cpu and ram (same models) but it still doesn't work.
It's unlikely I got 2 broken motherboards or 2 broken CPUs. What if asus qvl is wrong and the ram I've bought is not compatible? Is there anyone who has got this motherboard and could try to boot it without ram? Does it tell you somehow there's not ram?

Thats because it comes with the update bios. With out booting we cant update bios.
I had huge headach becase of this.

I purchased Ryzen soon as it launch. Guess what
No beep,no display but all gpu and cpu fan spins. The problem was the bios not detecting my 2400mhz am. So used a 2144 ddr4 ram it got fired up then i updated the bios and my 2400mhz ram was working just fin.
Until now.
Now i updated the bios to 0902 beta. Again no beep,no display but fan running. Now i belive both the rams are not getting detected. Checked individually.
Now i have to figure out some way to downgrade the bios to 0805.

Any suggestions?
