So for the past few weeks I've been having some trouble with my motherboard, first the bios menu was on a loop and i did a [strike]cmos[/strike] BIOS [strike]restart[/strike] reset, that fixed seemed to have fixed it, but then all my games started running at 15-20 fps then a week or two later i did another cmos restart and then seemed to have fixed my fps issue, However now it seems i have an issue to where my PC automatically shuts off when its stays on for me then 20 to 30 minutes whether its gaming or just browsing around Could this be a problem with my power supply? or cpu? also here are my specs.
