690 GTX low fps

Hello, I have gtx 690 and my fps is extremly low in benchmarks and in games. In Witcher 3 it is between 5 and 10 on 1080p. Any idea why? The temps are ok.
Rest of my rig:
FX 8350
GA-990XA-UD3 (rev. 3.0)
SEASONIC SS-850KM X-850 X-Series
8GB ddr3 (2x4) Crucial Balistix Elite

The GTX 690 doesn't have a lot of VRAM. You might want to try lowering a few settings that may be needing more VRAM than you have. You might also want to turn down Hairworks, or even turn it off. With an effective 2Gb, you will have to be careful on the settings used in some more recent games.

Yes, vith stock cooler running prime 95. Funny thing is when i disable SLI I get better performance. Between 50 and 60 fps on low settings. With SLI on, low settings around 10 fps..

I've noticed that under load temps are around 65.. Problem is always one gpu is under full load and the other one 2-3%.. When I switch them then oposite happents. In games and benchmarks. So when one gpu is 99% under load the other one is max around 20%. During heaven benchmark temps are around 45C. Thank you all for trying to help.
